Kelly Vanry joined the RSCA team as Tour Manager in 2014 as her passion for high performance sport, positive energy, great organizational skills and love of teenagers made for a perfect fit. Why does Kelly love her job? She is energized and motivated by other people’s excitement and that’s what makes her one of the best managers in the sport. She genuinely wants to help each athlete reach their full potential. She wants to make a difference and she does.
Kelly’s love of travel, spirit of adventure and desire to have fun ensures that every trip is unique and memorable. Kelly also draws from her many experiences as the Tour Manager for the Canadian Men’s National Field Hockey Team to enhance the RSCA travel program.
The dynamic relationships she has with Rob Short and the rest of the RSCA coaching staff makes for what she calls “the secret sauce”… that intangible ingredient that makes the RSCA travel experience so exceptional and unique.
