Paul is a valued member of RSCA, bringing with him over 20 years of professional coaching experience, including a decade at the international level with both the Canadian Men’s and Women’s National Teams.

Paul has led teams on some of the world’s biggest stages, including:

  • Two consecutive Olympic Games with the Canadian Men’s Team

  • The 2016 Rio Olympics

  • The 2018 World Cup

  • Three Commonwealth Games

  • Multiple Pan Am Games and Cups

  • Several Junior World Cups

A standout moment in Paul’s career came in 2020, when he guided the Canadian Men’s Team to Olympic qualification on home soil in West Vancouver—an unforgettable highlight.

Before his work in Canada, Paul played and coached in the UK, where he:

  • Won several national club championships

  • Coached teams at two EuroHockey Club Champions Tournaments

  • Earned a degree in Sports and Exercise Science, specializing in Coaching and Exercise Physiology
