At Rob Short Coaching, our mission is to build confidence, develop professionalism, and promote everyday excellence through high-performance sport—whether in one-on-one sessions or as part of our elite group academy.

A World-Class Coaching Team

Our coaching staff is a small, hand-picked group of leaders in the field hockey world who are passionate about both the sport and mentorship. Each coach is dedicated to:

  • Delivering high-level technical instruction

  • Providing honest, actionable performance assessments

  • Acting as everyday role models and trusted mentors

Integrated Athletic Support

To compete at the highest level, athletes need more than just technical skills. That’s why we provide access to a top-tier physiotherapist, offering:

  • Physiological training protocols

  • Injury prevention strategies to ensure our athletes are always prepared—and protected

Success On and Off the Field

Since our founding in 2013, RSCA has helped athletes earn scholarships at NCAA institutions in the U.S. and in USports schools across Canada. Many of our alumni now represent Canada on the international stage, turning their dreams into reality through hard work and the right support.

Travel Opportunities
