Travel With RSCA: High Performance Field Hockey Tours

Rob Short Coaching Academy (RSCA) offers professionally organized, high-performance travel opportunities to both international and domestic destinations. Our tours are designed for athletes with a range of aspirations—whether you’re aiming to play NCAA/USports, striving for Team Canada, or simply looking to experience a memorable and enriching hockey adventure.

Led by Olympian Rob Short, our travel programs are built on decades of elite playing and coaching experience. Rob’s extensive global network provides RSCA athletes with exclusive access to top-level clubs, facilities, and competition around the world.

Every member of our travel staff brings a combination of grassroots coaching and national-level experience. This expertise, combined with a strong team culture, helps foster skill development, personal growth, and life-enriching experiences—all while keeping the experience fun and engaging. Our tours are structured to build independence, confidence, and readiness for the next steps in each athlete’s journey.

What’s Included?
RSCA tours are fully chaperoned and designed so athletes can travel independently from their parents. Each trip includes:

  • Flights & ground transportation

  • Hotel accommodations

  • Meals

  • Athlete registration & tournament fees

  • Full-time RSCA staff support
